§ 86-32. False statements.

Any person who knowingly makes any false statement or who falsifies or permits to be falsified any record of the retirement system in any attempt to defraud the retirement system shall be punishable upon conviction thereof by a fine not to exceed $300.00. Any person convicted under the provisions of this section shall make full restitution.
