§ 86-33. System substituted for state-legislated police retirement system.

Latest version.

The city is hereby exempted from all provisions of C.R.S. § 31-30-601 et seq., and the city police retirement system as set forth in this chapter is hereby continued and declared to be the alternative police pension benefit program for the city.
