Ord. No. 4384, § 6, adopted April 15, 2013 , repealed § 94-2, which pertained to obstruction of sidewalks and crosswalks. Section 6 of such ordinance states, "This repeal shall not affect or prevent the prosecution or punishment of any person for any act done or committed prior to the effective date of this ordinance and that is in violation of the section repealed by this ordinance."
