§ 66-52. Legislative declaration.

These rules govern the recreational use by the public of Arvada/Blunn Reservoir. It is the policy of the city that the principal recreational use of Arvada/Blunn Reservoir is hereby limited to fishing for game fish as the term "fishing" is defined in C.R.S. § 33-1-102(16) and as the term "game fish" is defined in C.R.S. § 33-1-102(20).
