§ 66-33. Rules and regulations.

(a)

The city manager may, after public hearing, adopt rules and regulations governing the use of public parks within the city. Such rules and regulations may be adopted as are reasonable and necessary to ensure the safe, orderly and efficient use of the public parks in accordance with the laws of the city.

(b)

Upon adoption of such rules and regulations, three copies thereof shall be filed in the office of the city clerk and shall be kept available for public inspection during regular business hours.
