§ 66-32. Hours.

Public parks within the city, unless otherwise closed as provided in section 66-8, shall be open daily to the public from daylight until 11:00 p.m., and no person, not an employee of the city or the North Jeffco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District, in his official capacity, shall enter or remain in or within the boundaries of such facilities at any other time; provided, however, the board of directors of the North Jeffco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District may issue permits extending or limiting the time specified in this section for special events, provided prior notification is given to the police department.
