§ 58-1. Powers of judge.

  • The municipal judge shall have full power and authority to make and adopt rules and regulations for conducting the business of the municipal court and shall have all powers incident to a court of record in relation to the attendance of witnesses, the punishment for contempt and enforcing all orders of the court. The municipal judge shall also have the power to order restitution in addition to all fines, fees, and costs.
