§ 54-97. Organizations.

This article shall not be applied to any recognized organization which has applied to the city for specific use privileges to specified city-owned lands and premises for the sole purpose of holding organized and supervised rallies, races or meets, so long as an insurance policy is filed with the city clerk for which the city council has given its specific approval and for which the city shall be held harmless for any such use of its lands and premises.
