§ 54-96. Signs allowing use.

It shall not be unlawful for any person to operate motorized vehicles on city-owned lands which have been clearly posted with official signs allowing such use, provided that the operator and vehicle meet all state and city requirements for licensing, safety and noise and pollution control. Such posting of permission to operate motor vehicles on city-owned lands shall be done at the direction of the city manager, and may specify hours of permissible use, as well as types of vehicles permitted.
