§ 34-32. Collection.

Telephone service suppliers providing telephone service in the city are hereby authorized to collect the emergency telephone charge imposed by section 34-31 in accordance with C.R.S. § 29-11-101 et seq., as amended. The board of the Jefferson County Emergency Telephone Authority is hereby authorized to direct the telephone service suppliers to commence collecting the emergency telephone charge by November 1, 1984.
