Any license or receipt issued pursuant to the terms of this article shall not be transferable
to any other location in the city. In the event of transfer of ownership of the business
at the same location for which a license or tax receipt is issued pursuant to the
terms of this article, a license may be transferred to the new owner of the business;
provided, however, that if the transfer involves an amusement arcade license, application
therefor stating the same information as required by section 10-62 is first presented to the city manager for approval or disapproval, accompanied by
the $500.00 license fee and the $300.00 investigation fee, as required by section 10-66. Approval or disapproval of such transfer shall be upon the same terms as approval
or disapproval of a license as required by the terms of this article.
