§ 10-67. Payment of fees.

No amusement arcade shall conduct business within the city without first paying the fee placed upon amusement devices imposed by this article, and no amusement center operator shall allow any amusement devices upon the premises to be operated without first paying the fee placed upon amusement devices by this article.
