§ 10-63. Review by city manager.

Latest version.

An application for the license required by this article shall be reviewed by the city manager. The city manager shall have an investigation conducted by the police department, sufficient to verify all the information required by this division. On completion of this investigation, the city manager shall either approve or disapprove the application.
