§ 4.10.4. PUD-BP planned unit development (business/professional) district.

A.

Intent. The PUD-BP District is created to provide for construction of planned business and professional centers, or mixtures thereof. It is intended to promote the grouping of professional and business uses and provide area large enough to establish harmonious relationships between structures, people, and the automobile. A PUD-BP District should be designed using well-planned parking access, pedestrian walkways, courtyards, malls, and open space to accomplish this intent. This district should offer a wide variety of goods and services and cater to both the pedestrian and the auto-oriented shopper.

Minimum District Size. There shall be no minimum size for a PUD-BP District.
