§ 94-91. Definition.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

House shall apply to and include any residence, apartment, store, office or other building used or capable of being used for residential, office or other business purposes and fronting on a street or avenue.
