§ 94-42. Agent of property owner.

Nothing in this article shall preclude an agent of a property owner, including a property owners association or homeowners association to which implicated property is bound under its covenants and agreements, from acting on behalf of a property owner, but the fulfillment of duties and obligations incurred under this article shall be the ultimate responsibility of the property owner.
