§ 86-122. Examination.

  • The board shall have the authority and power to direct that any member be examined by two or more physicians or surgeons, to be designated by the board, to determine whether or not such member shall be considered disabled, either temporarily or permanently. Should any member refuse to submit to such medical examination, this shall constitute grounds for termination of the member's employment.
