§ 86-77. Rules and regulations.

  • The board shall make all necessary rules and regulations for managing and discharging its duties (not inconsistent with statute or with the provisions of this chapter), which it may deem necessary or advisable to carry out the provisions thereof; shall hear and decide all applications for relief or pensions under the provisions of this chapter, and its action upon such applications shall be final and conclusive; except that when, in its opinion, justice demands that said actions should be reconsidered, the same may be reversed by the board. A record of said action and all other matters coming properly before the board shall be kept and preserved.
