§ 78-191. Warranty; acceptance.

  • No portion of work performed to construct or reconstruct a general public improvement will be placed under warranty or accepted by the engineering department for the city until the following expressed conditions have been met:

    (1)

    That the permittee shall furnish in triplicate and on department of revenue forms, certified receipts of sales, use and other similar taxes required by law on all materials and equipment incorporated in or used in the performance of the work.

    (2)

    The permittee shall warrant the work to be of good quality and free from defects for the period prescribed in the city "standard specifications for design and construction," section 78-261 et seq., from and after the date of acceptance by the city.
