§ 78-55. Contractor executes bond.

No contract shall be entered into for construction work under this article unless the contractor shall give an undertaking with a sufficient surety approved by the council and in an amount fixed by it for the faithful performance of the contract, substantially as required by C.R.S. § 38-26-106, except as herein expressly otherwise provided.
