§ 74-64. Comprehensive plan; generally.

  • The planning commission shall have power to prepare a comprehensive plan as a guide for future zoning and rezoning and shall have lawful and comprehensive studies made in conjunction therewith. Any plan so prepared shall be made with the general purpose of carrying out the objective of providing for the planning, and orderly physical development of the city and applicable surrounds.
