§ 6-92. Fees.

Latest version.

Application and annual license fees charged for liquor licenses shall be the maximum amounts specified in the Colorado Beer Code and Liquor Code (C.R.S. §§ 44-4-101 et seq. and 44-3-101 et seq.), and shall be paid to the city before the local licensing authority considers the application complete. Any fees not determined by the state will be determined by the city clerk.
