§ 6-64. Chair; quorum; voting; appeals.

  • The licensing authority shall annually elect a chair and a chair pro tem who shall preside over all hearings and proceedings of the authority. The chair may designate a member of the authority to assume his duties in his absence, generally the chair pro tem. A quorum shall consist of three members, and a decision of a majority of the members of the authority shall control. Any absent member may join in a decision of the authority after he has considered the evidence adduced in any hearings conducted during his absence. All decisions are final, subject only to appeal to a court of competent jurisdiction.
