§ 6-32. Buildings to meet code standards.

No license under this article shall be issued, or transferred unless the building in which the business is carried on meets all of the requirements of the building, electrical, plumbing, fire prevention, mechanical, housing and dangerous building codes or similar ordinances of the city.
