§ 66-27. Closed areas generally.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to enter into or trespass upon any enclosed areas of a park, including, but not limited to, fenced swimming pools, tennis courts and buildings whenever such facilities are closed to the public by locked gates, doors or barricades or where any enclosed area of a park is posted with a sign restricting the use of said facility.
