§ 66-21. Definition.

For the purposes of this chapter, the terms "park" and "public park" shall be defined to include any recreation facility located within the city, owned by either the city or the North Jeffco Metropolitan Park and Recreation District, including, but not limited to, swimming pools, tennis courts, ice rinks, basketball courts, pedestrian and bicycle paths, green belts, picnic facilities, lawns and gardens.
