§ 50-1. Irrigation and drainage ditches.

All irrigation and drainage ditches shall be kept free of rubbish, weeds and other materials, and the failure of any person who is the owner of such ditch or right-of-way to adequately maintain and clear such premises shall constitute a nuisance and shall be subject to abatement and other penalties provided for in this chapter.
