§ 38-125. Penalty.

Creating, maintaining, or allowing a nuisance in violation of this article or in violation of chapter 3 of the I.P.M.C. shall, for each offense, be punished by a fine, or imprisonment, or both, not to exceed the limits established in section 1-5 of the Arvada City Code.
