§ 2-141. Authority to promulgate rules.

Subject to the limitations in Charter, section 5.7, administrative rules or regulations governing administrative procedures and the application of a law to the public may be adopted to aid in the administration and enforcement of ordinances pursuant to the procedure set forth in this article. Provided, however, the procedure contained herein shall not apply to adoption of rules by the Arvada Municipal Court.
