§ 22-202. License required.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to act as a pawnbroker within the city without first obtaining a license to conduct such business pursuant to this chapter.

(b)

All requirements specified in C.R.S. § 12-56-101 et seq., shall control and are hereby incorporated by reference in the event that inconsistent requirements are set forth in this article.
