§ 1-7. Provisions considered as continuation of existing ordinances.

Latest version.

The provisions appearing in this and the following chapters and sections, so far as they are the same as those of the 1981 Code and ordinances or resolutions existing at the time of the adoption of this Code, shall be considered as a continuation and not as new enactments.
