§ 18-101. Adopted.

Latest version.

Pursuant to C.R.S. § 31-16-101 et seq.and the Charter, the International Building Code, 2015 Edition, including Appendix I, published by the International Code Council, 4051 Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, IL 60478, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into the city Code. All other appendices are deleted.

The 2015 International Building Code shall be known as the "I.B.C." or the "building code" and may be cited and referred to as such.
