§ 10-61. Required.

No amusement arcade shall conduct business within the city without a valid amusement arcade license. No amusement center operator shall allow any amusement device on the premises to be operated without first obtaining a valid amusement center license; provided, however, that the provisions of sections 10-62 through 10-65 and 10-70 shall not apply to amusement center licenses issued pursuant to this article.
