No establishment licensed pursuant to the provisions of this article shall permit
any person under the age of 18 years to operate any amusement device except between
the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and between the hours
of 10:00 a.m. and midnight, Friday and Saturday, unless such person is accompanied
by a parent or guardian. Each such establishment shall post in a conspicuous place
on its premises, notice of the permitted hours of operation of amusement devices for
minors. Failure of any such establishment to comply with the requirements of this
section shall be grounds for revocation of the establishment's license.
