§ 3.4. Payment schedule.

Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, payment of the franchise fee accruing after the effective date of this ordinance shall be made in monthly installments not more than 20 days following the close of the month for which payment is to be made for the franchise fees resulting from the sale of electricity. Initial and final payments shall be prorated for the portions of the months at the beginning and end of the term of this ordinance. All payments shall be made to the city in care of the finance director.
