§ 13.4. Examination of records.

The parties agree that a duly authorized representative of the city shall have the right to examine any nonconfidential books, documents, papers, and records of the company reasonably related to the company's compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. Information shall be provided within thirty (30) days of any written request.
